Spring 2022 Fashion Trends
With our Spring 2022 buying season quickly approaching, we thought we would take you through some of the latest trends we’re seeing for the upcoming season! Normally we like to do our buying in person, but unfortunately everything has been cancelled again this year with covid, so it will all be done virtually. A few new things have already started to roll in, but the majority will be arriving in the next month or two, so make sure you keep checking our website and socials for new arrivals!
Bold Colours
Of course we will continue to see an emphasis on neutrals, but alongside them we’re seeing a lot of mood-boosting patterns and bright hues. These vibrant colours make people feel good and this year is all about fun and things that make us feel joy. Purple and green are both having a serious moment! We have some amazing emerald jewellery on order and we can’t wait for you to see!
Layered Chain Necklace
Our motto when it comes to necklaces is that you can never have enough, so of course we're loving this staple trend. We’re seeing tons of multiple chains of varying lengths overtop of each other to create dimension in the neckline. Chains are a classic piece that you’ll be sure to get tons of wear out of for years to come, so in our opinion, a great investment!
Crescent Mood Bag
We’ve been seeing this trend for a little while now and it will continue strong into Spring. Think a hobo-like silhouette that caves though the middle — a modern take on the ‘90s-era style. Look for our best-selling Chloe bag available in new colours, along with some other amazing new arrivals!
Pearl Jewellery
These cream gems pair perfectly with any outfit from a casual t-shirt to a gown, making them such a versatile piece! From statement pearl chokers, to pearl drop earrings, this trend has been seen on everyone from Harry Styles to Tom Ford runways.
Heavy Metal Hardware
Big and bold is the name of Spring 2022. Handbags with metal chains (specifically silver) and chunky fun straps are everywhere. Stream-lined styles, but with a touch of flair! The best part is that most are removable, so this these bags will last long after the trends fade.
Large Totes
Yup, they’re back with a vengeance. While we’ve seen a strong focus on mini bags for the past couple seasons, oversized totes and woven shoppers are back, with people once again looking for practicality in their carryalls. (Yes, style and convenience can both co-exist!) More specifically, we're seeing a lot of sophisticated work totes with practical features such as laptop compartments, and lots of pockets.
